We collect the information you give us when you enquire about a programme, register an account, or enrol in an intake: your name, email address, contact number, and where relevant your professional background and qualifications.

Where you pay for a programme online, payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive a record of the transaction and its status. We do not receive or store your full card details.

When you sign in and use My Houmark, we record which class links you open. This forms the attendance record for your intake.

To respond to your enquiry, administer your enrolment, deliver the programme you have joined, issue receipts and certificates, and contact you about the intake you are enrolled in.

Where you have agreed to it, we may also send occasional information about future programmes. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for the marketing purposes of others.

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service: with our payment provider to take payment, with the platforms used to host online classes, and with professional bodies where a programme leads to a qualification they award.

We keep learner records for as long as is needed to evidence participation and qualification, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Records no longer needed are deleted.

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
