Programme Policy

A place on an intake is confirmed once your registration is accepted and the fee, or the agreed first instalment, has been received.

Access to the programme materials, schedule and class links is granted to the account you registered with. Access is personal to the enrolled learner and is not transferable.

Programme fees cover tuition, the learning materials published for your intake, and access to the scheduled sessions.

Fees for professional examinations, membership of professional bodies, and any materials issued directly by those bodies are separate and are not included unless stated.

If you cannot continue with the intake you joined, contact us as early as you can. Where a later intake of the same programme is running, we will normally offer a transfer.

Requests to withdraw are considered individually, taking account of how far the programme has run and any costs already committed on your behalf.

Programmes are built around participation. Where a qualification or certificate of completion depends on attendance, the requirement is stated when you enrol.

Class links, recordings and learning materials are provided for the enrolled learner only and must not be shared or republished. Access to a session is recorded.

Occasionally a session has to be rescheduled, or a facilitator changed. We give as much notice as we can, through the announcements on your programme page and by email.

If we cancel an intake outright, enrolled learners are offered a transfer to the next intake or a refund of the fee paid.
